Engage is excited to announce the launch for the 2nd year of a series of sweepstakes featuring Division I Men’s Basketball head coaches Mike Krzyzewski (Duke), Kelvin Sampson (Houston), Brad Underwood (Illinois), Fran McCaffery (Iowa), Eric Musselman (Arkansas), Porter Moser (Oklahoma), Scott Drew (Baylor), Steve Donahue (Penn), Isaac Brown (Wichita State), James Jones (Yale), Jeff Jones (Old Dominion), Mark Schmidt (St. Bonaventure), Steve Henson (UTSA), Tubby Smith (High Point), Roy Williams (UNC, retired), and Iowa student-athlete Connor McCaffery to raise funds for the American Cancer Society.
The coaches will be raffling off autographed sneakers and giving lucky fans the chance to win their sneakers. Fans will be able to donate and enter the sweepstakes starting with Thursday’s tournament tip off.
“I am always proud to participate in anything that benefits Coaches vs. Cancer,” said Iowa Head Coach Fran McCaffery. “This is an easy way for us coaches to get involved and utilize our names, and in this case, our shoes, for good. As the father of a cancer survivor, I believe that the more money we raise, the better the outcomes for cancer survivors like Patrick [McCaffery, Iowa Hawkeyes redshirt sophomore]. What a fun opportunity for fans during the madness that is March!”
